This piece honors Death as an ultimate master for us all. And although Death will be the fate of us all; how we live, what risks we allot or don’t allot ourselves and the narration we encompass ourselves in is ours and only ours for the taking. Here illustrated with a medieval aesthetic, Death serenades with bells and a lute. Ornamental design was partially influenced by Erhart Ratdolt, 15th century.
